How to access your COVID Digital Pass
After getting your second dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine at City Pharmacy Newcastle (Astra-Zeneca or Moderna) you have qualified for the COVID proof of vaccination certificate.
There are 2 ways that you can show your certification:
Digital certificate in your digital wallet
Physically by printing your immunisation history statement (along with your history of immunisations)
As part of the process getting vaccinated at City Pharmacy, we have updated your immunisation record which makes you instantly applicable for both.
To access these online documents, you must do the following:
Connect your medicare online account through MyGov
Login to the Express Plus Medicare Mobile App
Access your My Health Record
Connecting your medicare online through MyGov
1. Log into MyGov
2. Select Services
3. Link a service < Medicare
4. Enter your Medicare details
Download Medicare Plus Application
Once your medicare and MyGov are connected, download the relevant application here:
Then follow these steps:
Sign in
Read and accept the terms of use
Enter your MyGov sign in details
Create or use your MyGov PIN
Accessing your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Once you have the medicare app installed, and medicare is linked to your MyGOV account, you can then:
Login to your medicare app
Select Proof of Vaccinations from the home screen
For digital wallet, view COVID-19 Digital Certificate
a. For physical copy, view immunisation history statement - download the PDF
Digital certificate - on the next screen click add to wallet.
